Hey Guys
First off let me start by saying Eid Mubarak to all Muslims out there celebrating. Hope you all had a wonderful day with family and friends.
This is my first Fashion/Outfit of The Day (OOTD) post, which I really wanted to share with you guys as I have never done a post like this before. But also because I am really excited to show you guys the clothes I wore for Eid. I have to say I really loved these clothes, they are actually a gift from Pakistan which my sister-in-law bought back for me. If it wasn’t for her I probably would have still been looking for Eid clothes till the last minute, but thankfully she saved the day. 😀
Now without further ado, I present to you my Eid clothes!
My Clothes
My Eid clothes are a gown style dress, it is a plain dark green long sleeved kameez (top) with a sleeveless creamy gold long jacket on top. The jacket has 2 borders, one which is black with dark green and orange design on top. The other is gold with orange and green design on top. The gown initially came with trousers, but I don’t like wearing trousers so instead I paired it with leggings which I purchased from Forever21.
I didn’t go to crazy on accessories since I’m not really much of a fan of jewelry besides a few little pieces that I always wear. I decided to stick to the usual but add some churiyan (bangles) and another ring. I didn’t add a necklace because I didn’t really have one to match and I thought it was pointless.
Shoes
For shoes I was deciding between 2 pairs, however in the end I decided on a completely different pair instead. The shoes that I ended up wearing were white cork wedge sandals from the brand Guess, I purchased them last year when I was on holiday in The States.
So that was my Eid OOTD, hope you guys enjoyed reading/looking at this post. Let me know what you thought by leaving a comment down below. Also if you guys celebrated Eid, let me know what type of clothes you wore and what colors they were.
